High-performance rollers are used with doors that present extreme requirements in terms of high loads and long service times.
The roller is spun from a cast polyamide semi-manufacture and then pressed together with an encapsulated ball bearing.
The contours of the roller are optimised to fit the runner.
This material displays only very slight flattening of the running surface, even after very long service times.
Service time and noise emission values were obtained for a two-panel, centre-opening door, 900x2100 mm in an anechoic room.
